Hujecco is an art-focused e‑commerce website.
Hujecco (hujecco.com) is an online gallery showcasing fine art pieces—nature, portrait, and abstract works—crafted by seasoned artists who channel emotion and harmony into each creation. The aim was to translate the tactile, intimate experience of browsing in a physical studio into a serene, gallery-style website that draws visitors in.
The previous digital presence featured an overly generic layout with limited emotional impact. Our goal was to develop an online platform that captures the elegance and human-ness of fine art while guiding visitors intuitively through collections and making it easy to explore, connect, and purchase.
We chose a soft, coherent design approach with ample white space, full-screen imagery, and clear navigation paths. Every detail—from hover transitions to image loading—was designed to evoke the same thoughtful pace and attention users receive in an artist’s studio.
THE PROCESS
We began by diving into the brand's core mission: making art more than decoration—a conduit for emotion, reflection, and balance. Understanding that vision, our design process focused on emotional resonance as much as usability.

IDEA GENERATION
We explored top gallery and e‑commerce websites to gather inspiration, focusing on soft palettes and slow-paced visuals. The goal was to create a serene, gallery-like atmosphere that highlights each artwork with quiet elegance.

RESEARCH & SKETCHING
We mapped a simple flow—starting with a calm homepage, followed by category-based galleries, and ending on immersive product pages. Wireframes kept the focus on the art, with mobile layouts designed for smooth, intuitive browsing.

PROJECT LAUNCH
The site was developed with full-screen visuals, subtle animations, and storytelling-rich product pages. It’s fully responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-ready, offering a seamless experience that feels both modern and soulful.
PROJECT RESULT & SUMMARY
The revamped Hujecco website brought immediate uplift: dwell times increased significantly, art pieces received more inquiries, and overall sales improved. Visitors reported feeling emotionally connected before even reaching the contact or purchase stage. The website now reflects the studio’s essence—creating a digital gallery experience that feels personal, elegant, and deeply human.
