Hush Baby is a certified infant sleep consulting website.
Hush Baby is led by McKenzie Garceau, a dedicated mom and experienced sleep consultant with over 13 years in teaching and newborn care. The brand specializes in personalized sleep guidance for families, offering structured programs to foster healthy sleep routines for babies and toddlers.
The existing online presence was fragmented and lacked clear service communication. Our aim was to craft a cohesive digital experience that communicates professionalism, empathy, and expertise—encouraging trust and prompting parents to reach out for support.
We designed and built the site using Wix Studio, focusing on a clean layout, soothing palette, and intuitive navigation tailored to sleep-deprived parents seeking reassurance and guidance.
THE PROCESS
We began by immersing ourselves in McKenzie’s approach: combining patience, science-backed methods, and gentle coaching. Our design needed to reflect these values and ensure quick access to service details, support pathways, and testimonials—without overwhelming visitors.

IDEA GENERATION
Our concept revolved around soft visuals, clear language, and minimal distractions. We designed a soft pastel color palette with modern fonts, subtle scroll animations, and focused messaging around the Hush Baby Hush package.

RESEARCH & SKETCHING
We created wireframes based on parent behavior, prioritizing simple navigation, easy booking options, and reassuring testimonials. Mobile-first design ensured everything remained accessible even during a midnight scroll.

PROJECT LAUNCH
The final website included detailed service pages, a smooth checkout experience for program purchases, and multiple contact points. The result was a soothing, responsive site that helped the brand look polished and personal.

Post-launch, site analytics showed improved engagement, with families spending more time reviewing the detailed program page and initiating contact. The structured presentation and gentle tone helped clients immediately understand service value and feel comfortable reaching out. McKenzie reported a significant increase in inquiries and bookings, noting that parents expressed appreciation for the site's soothing tone and ease of navigation.
